Financial | Establish Income and Expense Budgets and online contribution platform and process donations. Management of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Human Resource | Establish Job Descriptions, Job Review Process, & Personnel Files. Establish Employee Salary Structure, Benefit Structure, & Payroll Process.
Information Systems | Establish a framework for CRM Systems and IT Systems.
Legal | Management of Liability & Property Insurance. Assist in the Application and Approval of a 501c3.
Working Genius
We provide facilitation of the Working Genius assessment to Cultivate Self Awareness and Create Team Alignment.
As a Certified Facilitator of Working Genius, we are equipped to analyze and apply assessment results to help leaders and teams leverage Working Genius to become more productive, compassionate, and effective.
Through Working Genius a team creates a common vocabulary about the Six Types, Three Stages, Two Energies, and Different Altitudes of Work.
